Enjoy a Knight's Sword from Lübeck with Scabbard, 13th Century.

Lübeck knight's sword with scabbard, 13th century
This double-edged one-handed sword, which displays the typical characteristics of Crusader swords from the early Middle Ages, is a reconstruction of a 13th-century find classified as Oakeshott Type XII (St. Annen Museum, Lübeck). Although the original archaeological piece was badly corroded when it was recovered, close examination revealed the high level of craftsmanship required to produce it. A special feature here is its impressive length, something quite unusual for one-handed swords of Type XII.
Our replica of this knight's sword has a wide, evenly tapered EN45 spring steel blade that is fuller-shaped along approximately two-thirds of its length. The cutting edges are unsharpened, and the continuous tang of the blade is riveted to the pommel. The handle consists of a steel crossguard, a wood-core grip with a reddish-brown leather covering, and a bronze disc pommel, topped with a block of steel rivets.
The medieval one-handed sword comes with a reddish-brown wooden/leather scabbard that matches the color of the handle wrap.
This medieval sword is designed as a collectible or decorative object. It's also ideal as an accessory, for example to complete your costume, and will make your transformation into a noble knight simply perfect.
