Replica of a high medieval one-handed knightly sword. What makes this sword special is its pommel, a variation of the Brazil nut pommel, which Oakeshott dates back to the 13th century.
This sword is exclusively handmade. The forward-curved crossguard and Brazil nut pommel are made of cast iron. The spring steel blade extends to the pommel and is hand-riveted there. The handle is wrapped with a leather strap. The blade has a pronounced groove, giving the sword great elasticity yet lightness. The blade's edge is unsharpened.
The sword comes with a very handsome leather sheath with a wooden holder serving as a belt loop (for belts with a maximum width of 5 cm). The sheath also has a steel plate.
