Replica of a one-handed high medieval sword with the typical disc pommel, which has a teardrop-shaped edge. This type of sword was already used by the Normans and was soon used in the Crusades to liberate the Holy Land.



The broad blade made of EN45 spring steel has a pronounced groove, which gives the sword great elasticity and at the same time lightness. The cutting edges are not sharpened and the tip is rounded. The curved crossguard and the pommel are made of steel.



The handle of the sword is wrapped with leather cord. The sword comes with a very nice wooden leather scabbard with a leather strap to attach the scabbard to your belt.



This is the standard version of this Viking sword. The same sword is also available in a combat-ready version with a thick, blunt blade and rounded tip: art. 0180001906.
