The one-handed sword Lionheart or Lionheart is equipped with the typical cross-shaped hilt used by the Crusaders of the 12th and 13th centuries. The circular pommel and the slightly curved crossguard make this sword a real gem.



Paul Chen's swords are made in the same way as they were made centuries ago, with the only difference being that today the blades are forged from high-grade carbon steel. The finishing of the blade is also done as a medieval swordsmith would have done. The handle is made of hardwood covered in leather and the fittings are made of steel or solid brass. The sword of the reenactor, whose weapon must be as similar as possible to the historical originals.
