Treat yourself to a Castillon Sword with Sheath, 15th Century.

Castellón sword with scabbard, 15th century
In the early 1970s, around 80 medieval swords were found in the Dordogne, a river near the town of Castillon-la-Bataille, France. This find, known as the “Castillon group,” consisted of several knightly swords and longswords with very similar handles. These swords are associated with the Battle of Castillon, which was decisive for the French and marked the end of the Hundred Years’ War (1337–1453) between France and England. The swords are likely an English supply drop before the battle or a transport of French war booty. During transport, the barge foundered and sank to the river bottom.
Some of the original finds are now in museums or owned by private collectors.
The sword offered here is a reconstruction of one of these Castillon swords. It has a double-edged blade that tapers sharply toward the tip. The one-handed sword has a short kerf, and the cutting edges are unsharpened. The black leather-wrapped wooden handle ends in a disc pommel with a raised blue circular accent on both sides. The ends of the steel crossguard are curved toward the blade.
The sword comes with a blue leather-wrapped wooden/leather scabbard with a steel scabbard and a beautiful sword belt made of sturdy black leather. The belt can be adjusted to different sizes thanks to pre-drilled holes.
This medieval sword is designed as a collector's item or decorative object. It's also ideal as an accessory, for example, to complete your costume.
