The truth of your tales? Perhaps the kraken was nothing more than a medium-sized squid. Perhaps the pirate ship battle was nothing more than two ships aiming cannons at each other in a stalemate. Either way, the truth is, you're quite the adventurer with your Cavalier Sword at your side.

DETAILS

The Hybrid Cavalier Sword is a medium sword inspired by 17th-century knights, mimicking their reckless attitudes and rich sense of style. The sword is 75 cm long and has a 51 cm single-edged blade that widens toward the end. The handle features stunning details, including a crossguard that curves around the hand and connects to the pommel. The handle is hand-painted to resemble faded bronze. The 14 cm hilt is cast and painted to resemble grooved leather, ergonomically shaped to fit the hand.

The blade is made of closed-cell foam around a fiberglass core and finished with a durable latex coating, while the handle is made of polyurethane foam for greater detail and reduced maintenance. This hybrid sword model will give you confidence in the safety and attractiveness of your weapon on the battlefield.

INSPIRATION

• The term cavalier was originally a word of insult used to describe Royalists during the English Civil War and beyond.
• The Royalists eventually adopted the term for themselves, and it has since become a word we use to describe English court fashion during the 1600s.
• Nowadays, someone might call a person a gentleman if he has an arrogant attitude.
