Free at last, you scan the old basement for anything useful. That's when you spot a Kite Shield in the corner. The dust suggests it's been there for a while, but upon inspection, you can see the wood and metal trim are still in good condition. The grip is solid in your hand, and for the first time, you have a small hope that with this extra defense, you can get out of this situation after all!

DETAILS

Epic Armoury’s Uncoated RFB Kite Shield is a semi-curved kite shield inspired by the Normans of the 10th-12th centuries. This 24-inch long shield arrives in plain black, carved with a detailed border that looks like studded metal. While simple in design, this Kite Shield is timeless and classic, and is sold uncolored and unlacquered for your DIY project. It arrives matte, uncolored, and undecorated, so you can add any details you like!

Use this Kite Shield left-handed with the use of two leather arm straps on the back and feel confident that this hard EVA foam shield will withstand the continuous abuse of a LARP with regular latex maintenance.

Instructions for use:

Paint the shield with paint specifically designed for EVA foam. When the paint is completely dry, cover the shield with clear latex. Dip the protector or apply it with a brush to create a very thin layer. Clear latex is also available in our store.
