Cold Steels® Hideaway® was designed as a small, economical and extremely practical neck knife . The result is a true featherweight that weighs just 43g!



Its satin-finished double-edged blade made of Japanese aus 8a stainless steel has a scandi cut. It is therefore very sharp and also very rigid, with a tip that remains very stable and durable despite its sharpness.



The full-length blade is encased in a weather-resistant Kray-Ex® handle, which is extremely narrow and flat. The handle is finely contoured and deeply structured to ensure a secure grip on such a small, slim knife and to allow for easy switching between different handle options.



Thanks to the included secure-ex® sheath with ball chain, you can carry this neck knife discreetly and comfortably all day long.



Stainless steel aus 8a

Cold Steel® has been using the same expertly hardened Japanese Aus 8A steel for nearly three decades. This steel has been extremely tested and has proven over the years to be ideal for making blades for work knives – it is hard and corrosion resistant, with good edge retention and is also easy to sharpen.
