A "soft" Balicki training stick is now also available. This consists of an impact-resistant plastic core, a foam middle layer, and another layer of polypropylene as the outer layer. This means it offers an even higher level of safety and comfort. It's perfect for both individual training and sparring and will withstand many hours of intensive use just like its heavier brother. However, adequate eye and hand protection is still essential here.
