Eomer was a captain of the royal cavalry, a marshal of the march, and one of the mightiest warriors in Rohan. He fought valiantly alongside King Theoden against the forces of Mordor at the Battle of Helm's Deep and on the Pelennor Fields.

In the final battle against the dark lord sauron, eomer fought alongside aragorn against the armies of rohan and gondor at the gates of mordor.
