United Cutlery offers a wide range of elaborately crafted, officially licensed movie replicas of weapons from The Hobbit , including replica props from the third film in the trilogy, The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies . Each collectible piece is a faithful reproduction of the original prop created by the world-famous Weta Workshop. The main priority was to accurately reproduce every detail, and no effort was spared to make these replicas as authentic and visually stunning as possible.

The staff of Gandalf the Grey is a symbol of his status as an istari , or wizard. It once belonged to Radagast the Brown and was made from a twisted, upturned sapling. However, the branch- and root-like projections that once crowned the staff are now broken and worn. It is Gandalf's trusted staff, used as a weapon in times of need, but it also contains secret magical power. The runemark of Radagast is carved into the side, and the crown features a hole that once housed Radagast's blue crystal and is now used to store Gandalf's pipe. A long nail can be inserted into the side of the stick, which Gandalf uses as a plug for the pipe. This is the same nail that Gandalf once used to carve a rune on the door to Bilbo Baggins's home in Hobbiton.

The United Cutlery Gandalf the Grey's walking stick is cast in polyresin. The details and colors of the original accessory have been faithfully replicated. The polyresin tube and nail are also included and can be removed. A wall display made of polystone (artificial stone) is included, which coordinates with the design of the wall mounts for the other United Cutlery Hobbit Walking Stick replicas.
