Delight in Early Scottish Dirk, Circa 1700
Old Scottish Dirk
This reconstruction is based on an antique dirk, made around 1700. It is very similar to the medieval kidney dagger in shape and size. The blade is wedge-shaped, sharpened on one side, and has a diamond-shaped cross-section. The handle is hand-carved from ebony, and the pommel is solid brass. A matching leather sheath is included.
