A padded collar is almost essential for display and wrestling. It was worn under plate and chain armour in the Middle Ages and increased the comfort of the armour.

This ulfberth collar is made from three layers of fabric: an outer layer of cotton fabric (canvas), a padded polyester layer, and an inner cotton lining. The padding is diamond-shaped, ensuring maximum comfort as the collar remains quite flexible. The collar is pulled over the head and closed in the center of the front with a band with nestlé lace. The high collar greatly increases comfort when wearing pieces of armor or chainmail on the neck.
