Delight yourself with Ocaso Knives, Delos Damask, Black Dunes, Pocket Knives

Dusk knives, Damask knives, Black Dunes, pocket knife

The Delos is based on the popular Karma design by knifemaker Kurt Merriken and is an exceptionally stylish and eye-catching knife. The sleek handle profile and stunning modified tanto blade draw the eye and create a perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality.

Named after the Greek mythological birthplace of Apollo and Artemis, the Delos features high-grade 120-layer German Damascus steel with a rose-titanium pattern and Fat Carbon® in Dark Matter Blue or Black Dunes. Fat Carbon® is a lightweight, durable carbon fiber composite that appears to shift in the light, harmonizing perfectly with the dramatic Damascus blade. The Delos is equipped with stainless steel ball bearings for a quick, smooth opening and clips securely into your pocket with a contoured titanium pocket clip. Complementary polished or black accessories complete the look of this exquisite knife. Made in Maniago, Italy, known as the City of Knives, where the art of centuries-old, high-quality knives and cutting-edge technology meet.

*The term refers to Damascus steel, Damascus steel, or simply Damascus. A composite steel made from two or more different types of steel. The name derives from the Syrian city of Damascus, which is considered an ancient stronghold and the origin of Damascus steel production. Typically, a hard, high-carbon steel and a soft, low-carbon steel are joined together by repeated welding and forging. The high-carbon steel provides higher hardness, better hardenability, and increased edge retention, while the softer steel gives the blade greater elasticity and higher resistance to breaking. With this technology, which emerged in an era of poor and changing steel quality, the positive properties of different steels can be combined. Thanks to the different colors with different carbon content, impressive patterns of alternating layers are created, such as twisted Damascus, the so-called twist Damascus, or rose Damascus. Because of these patterns, Damascus blades from the Middle Ages were said to have an inherent magic.
