The Rock Creek Steenbok is a hunting knife and has a drop point blade.

The knife has a blade made of HWS-1K steel, forged exclusively by Hanwei, with a Rockwell hardness of 58-60 HRC. This steel holds an edge, is especially resistant to corrosion, and is easy to sharpen. The blade is 0.48 cm thick and has a pronounced thumb rest on the back of the blade, providing safety when working. The sturdy handle is covered with brown leather sheath, and the pommel and crossguard are made of stainless steel. The spruce-bark-tanned belt sheath and strap have stainless steel reinforcements at key wear points.
