Based on the well-known MK-8, designer Dietmar Pohl developed the new Tactical Eight. With reduced weight and more compact dimensions, the Tactical Eight remains a complete and versatile tactical knife for the professional user.

The robust 17.4 centimetre long and 6 millimetre thick bowie blade is suitable for a wide range of applications. The choice fell on the well-known D2 tool steel for its high edge retention and blade durability. The black tin coating reliably prevents unwanted light reflections. The solid, fully hardened full tang supports the handle scales made of durable black G-10. An elaborate three-dimensional milled surface provides an excellent and secure hand position for the Tactical Eight. The pronounced, rounded finger groove in front of the guard element allows for a pre-grip of the knife for intense or delicate work. A hidden hole at the end of the handle offers the optional possibility of mounting a lanyard (included).

The kydex® sheath of the tactical eight comes equipped with the proven, removable belt adapter. Extremely durable nylon and kydex® provide the basis for a well thought-out and robust carrying system that fully meets the high demands placed on a tactical knife in practice. The kydex® sheath of the tactical eight is also equipped with a special insert to reduce the mechanical influence on the blade finish and thus the formation of scratches.
