Inspired by the facón-style knives used by veterans of the vast plains of Patagonia, the Patagon knife, like its predecessors, was designed for hunting, butchering, processing loot, cutting leather, and other tasks typical of the life of a hunter and wilderness dweller. The Patagon knife features a leather sheath with a snap closure for increased security when worn on a belt. Its AISI 420 stainless steel gives it an excellent edge and protects it from moisture during prey processing and other hunting tasks in the wild.
