The small but sharp carbon blade of the carving knife gives you a clean result. Thanks to the small blade and the light wooden handle, the knife sits comfortably and securely in the hand even after long hours of work and does not place a burden on you. The handle was made of ash wood, which was then covered with natural linseed oil. This linseed oil contains no chemicals and is therefore environmentally friendly.
