This smooth and elegant knife, crafted from oiled Masurian birch, has an extra-thin stainless steel blade. At the end of the handle, you'll find a brush made of dense boar bristles. Included in the scope of delivery is a so-called one-hand sheath. This allows you easy access to your knife, even with a mushroom basket in your hand, and you don't have to put the basket down first. This sheath can be attached with a belt loop.
