The Kershaw 9-in. Fillet Knife is the ideal knife for filleting larger fish. The blade is made from Japanese 420J2 stainless steel and has just the right amount of flexibility to make filleting work easier. The softer nature of this steel allows the blade to bend without breaking and to glide effortlessly through the fish to create the perfect fillet. Additionally, the steel used here has a very high corrosion resistance, and this is particularly important when working in an environment dominated by water.

The handle is durable and ergonomically designed for a comfortable grip when filleting. Thanks to the neon-coloured details that enhance the simple black handle, the knife is in no danger of getting lost on the beach, lake or river bank. The copolymer material ensures an excellent grip and the soft yet firm surface structure relieves strain on the hand, even when filleting larger pieces. In terms of design, the handle sits comfortably in the hand thanks to the protrusion in the central area and the hand protection at both ends. This allows for an optimal grip and offers a particularly firm and comfortable hold.

The included ABS sheath ensures that this fillet knife is stored properly, also allowing you to carry the knife on your belt.
