The Wood Jewel Filleting Knife is the ideal knife for filleting medium to large sized fish. The blade is made from stainless steel and has just the right amount of flexibility to make filleting work easier. The softer nature of this steel allows the blade to bend without breaking and to glide effortlessly through the fish to create the perfect fillet. Supplied in a leather sheath.
