This 7-inch spoon blade boning knife ( 7-inch spoon boning knife ) is the ideal professional knife for anglers who like to fish for salmon or trout. Easily process your catch with this blade that glides easily around the spine and you can also remove the bloodline with the same handy tool. This makes cleaning the fish quick and easy. The knife can also be used as a fillet knife. This all-rounder for gutting and boning, sharpened by Kershaw, literally glides through the fish.

The razor-sharp blade is made of 420j2 stainless steel, a fairly durable steel that has a very high corrosion resistance (a particularly important criterion for use in damp or wet environments) and can be easily re-sharpened. In addition, this steel has just the right amount of flexibility to make filleting easy, protecting the delicate flesh of the fish and preserving its delicate flavor.

The handle is made of durable, fiberglass-reinforced nylon and is rubber-coated, and its surface features Kershaw’s exclusive K-Texture ™. This structure (a repeating pattern of the letter K, as seen in the Kershaw company logo) provides the necessary grip and a secure hold at all times, even when hands are slippery.

A blade guard is included for proper storage of this k-texture™ boning knife.
