The Rock Creek Impala is a hunting knife with a pointed blade.

The knife has a blade made of HWS-1K steel, forged exclusively by Hanwei, with a Rockwell hardness of 58-60 HRC. This steel holds an edge, is especially resistant to corrosion, and is easy to sharpen. The blade is 0.48 cm thick and has a pronounced thumb rest on the back of the blade, providing safety when working. The sturdy handle is covered with brown leather sheaths; the pommel and crossguard are made of stainless steel. The fir-bark-tanned sheath with a sling and strap mount has stainless steel reinforcements at key wear points.
