Wood Jewel is a small knife manufacturer from the Finnish part of Lapland. All knives are handmade and processed in a traditional way. Natural products such as curly birch and reindeer antler are beautifully crafted into these knives. They have a perfect blade geometry for use in a wide variety of areas such as hunting, outdoor or survival. Robust and reliable, they perform all kinds of jobs.

The Wood Jewel Filleting Knife is the ideal knife for filleting medium to large sized fish. The blade is made from stainless steel and has just the right amount of flexibility to make filleting work easier. The softer nature of this steel allows the blade to bend without breaking and to glide effortlessly through the fish to create the perfect fillet. Supplied in a leather sheath.
