This handmade fillet knife achieves excellent results when filleting fish, for example. The knife's blade, made of 440A steel, arrives sharp and is ready to use immediately. A reindeer antler element adorns the Masurian birch handle. The knife's look is completed by a brass ferrule. If you don't want to use the knife exclusively in the kitchen, you can take it anywhere thanks to the included sheath. Thanks to the belt loop, you can also carry the fillet knife on your belt or in your backpack if you want to take it with you into the wild.
