Probably the milestone among multi-purpose knives. This model, which was widely used in Afghanistan as standard equipment by members of the Italian Nibbio mission, is part of an experimental project to renew individual equipment initiated by the Alpine Forces Command. During the preparation of this important assignment, the Alpine Troops Command commissioned a team from the company to carry out complete and renewed individual test equipment. Extrema Ratio is the company that the Alpine Troops Command chose to develop a multi-purpose knife for the infantry. What was needed was a knife that could be used worldwide and that could successfully tackle any problem that the specialized team could not solve. The Fulcrum is an extremely stable and maneuverable knife. The blade can withstand breaking loads of over 150 kg. The tip is very stable and the tanto profile allows working with the knife for a long time without the last section becoming serrated. The advanced center of gravity and the weight of the blade make it suitable for heavy field work. The new hard case allows for comfortable and safe transport.
