A historic dagger in a modern version of the great Pugnale da Paracadutista Assaltatore model 1939, supported by the Italian special unit COFS (Comando Operativa Forze Speciali) and its commander, General Bertolini.

Compared to the original, this model is more durable and functional. New materials and working methods have made this possible, so the Extrema Ratio 39-09 doesn't have to hide from modern tactical knives. The operative comes polished without a military logo, in a hard sheath worn on the calf in the characteristic Italian paratrooper style.
