Delight in the Blue River Knife, Outdoor Knife, Condor
Blue River Knife, Outdoor Knife, Condor
The design of the Condor Blue River Knife is inspired by the Native Americans of North America. While this fixed blade knife is visually very attractive and certainly has its appeal as a collectible, it was by no means designed for display and is perfect for all types of outdoor, hunting, and crafting applications.
The full -tang knife has a razor-sharp blade made of 1095 carbon steel, a stable steel with good sharpening properties. It has a Scandinavian grind, which is especially popular with craftsmen because it is well-suited to woodworking.
It allows for easy resharpening, even in the field. The blade surface still shows traces of forging, giving the knife a rustic appearance. The decorative filing on the back completes the blade's special look.
The walnut handles are secured to the blade's tang with three pins. Particularly beautiful are the handle inlays of reconstituted turquoise (pieces of turquoise sealed with synthetic resin), reminiscent of the Blue River (a tributary of the Colorado River) and giving the outdoor knife its name. The tang protrudes approximately 5 mm from the handle and has a hole to accommodate the included leather cord with a large wooden bead.
Included in the scope of delivery is a beautiful, handcrafted sheath made of sturdy leather with a belt loop (maximum belt width approx. 6.5 cm), a decorative buffalo hunt scene, and a colorful fabric strap with an Indian pattern.
Whether used as a hunting knife, bushcraft knife, or camping knife, the Blue River Knife is the ideal companion for a variety of outdoor activities and has a stylish, traditional look at the same time.

Wood is a natural product, so no two handles on this knife are the same. Color and/or grain variations are quite common, and the images above are for illustrative purposes only.
The steel used is also non-rusting and may show slight signs of corrosion. We recommend regular maintenance of the blade, for example with Ballistol, a universal oil ideal for preserving steel products.
