Goran Mihajlovic is a Serbian-born adventurer and knifemaker who has lived in the Amazon rainforest for over two decades. He regularly uses a Serbian Kuvar cleaver he made himself, and with the experience that comes from daily use in the rainforest, he designed his own cleaver based on traditional knife techniques and style. The thin, approximately 2.5 mm blade made of 1075 carbon steel is suitable for both vegetables and meat and comes with a high-quality leather sheath for storage and transport.
