Olive wood
Olive wood is characterized above all by its very pronounced grain. The wood is particularly hard and dense. This means it does not absorb odors and is especially resistant to cutting.

Careful
After use, simply wipe with a damp cloth. Do not leave items in water or put them in the dishwasher. To prevent cracking, it's a good idea to rub it occasionally with olive oil. This also gives it its warm color.
