This medieval doctor's cutlery set includes a total of eight hand-forged medical tools, some of which were already used by the Romans, but especially in the Middle Ages. An ideal set for portraying a healer, a field shearer, or a doctor for medieval and LARP reenactments.

The individual tools are made of stainless steel, including thorns, scissors, various hooks, knives, scalpels, tweezers, and bone saws. Everything comes with a matching leather sheath (approx. 14 x 23 cm).

In the Middle Ages, the medical profession was not always practiced solely by qualified medical professionals. Often, especially in times of war, artisan surgeons, field surgeons, and barbers were also involved.
