This high-quality, hand-knotted chainmail coat is a so-called chainmail coat. This means that it is a long-sleeved, knee-length chainmail shirt. Such a powerful chainmail coat covered most of the body. This historically authentic cut was often widened with front or side slits to give the wearer more legroom. This means that these long chainmail coats can be worn comfortably even by riders on horseback.

Our chainmail is generally uncut, so the customer can fit it individually if necessary. It also has tapered sleeves that narrow around a ring every 5 cm.

The rrr chain mesh: This chain mesh consists of completely round rings with round rivet heads. Each ring is riveted by hand. The braid is 4 in 1. We call this type of braid rrr (English = round r r ing r ring).
