Our versatile lace-up bodice is made from cotton fabric and lightly lined. It can be tied close to the body or worn a little looser as desired.
Contrasting color details and elaborate cut make this bouquet something special.
The lacing at the center of the back can be fully unzipped. To make the laces easy to rethread, the lace ends are provided with snap-in tips.

Bodices appeared in the late Middle Ages and are still firmly rooted in traditional costume fashion today. They give the upper body the desired shape and are worn both under and over clothing. Unlike corsets, bodices or corsets are less rigid and more comfortable to wear.

Combining the bodice with a matching blouse, skirt, and accessories creates a harmonious maid outfit. Combining the corsage with trousers can create more expressive characters like a shield maiden, a ranger, or a pirate.
