Give Late Medieval Breastplate
Late medieval churburg pectoral
Reconstruction of the breastplate of the late medieval Churburg armour suitable for combat.
The armour dates back to around 1360 and consists of a total of nine chiseled steel pieces, which are riveted together at the back with leather strips. The breastplate is therefore extremely mobile and adapts very well to the wearer’s stature. Just like the original, which can be seen in Churburg, South Tyrol, our replica has a brass rim and a solid V in the centre of the chest.
At the back, the harness is individually adjusted in size with two leather straps.
