Treat yourself to a spring steel chain necklace, 8 mm inner diameter, untreated leather.
Chain holder made of spring steel, id 8 mm
- Suitable for exhibition fights -
A helmet stay is a chain mail that was attached to a helmet in the Middle Ages as additional protection for the neck and shoulders. The preferred helmet types here were the nasal helmet, but especially the late medieval clasp helmet and its variant, the dog gugel.
This Ulfberth chain collar features an authentic, serrated braided edge and a stitched strip of thick cowhide. The customer must add the helmet attachment holes to these leather strips, for attachment to helmets such as hunksgugeln or bascinet.
The chainring, by the way: This unriveted chainring is made of high-quality spring steel. Due to its good price-performance ratio, it's ideal for beginners who still value good protection and solid quality. The braid is 4-in-1. We call this type of braid Btw ( butted tensile wire ).
< br>The rings are untreated, so they may oxidize, but they give the braid an authentic look.
