The scimitar is a saber of Near Eastern origin. With its deeply curved blade, this beautiful piece revives the battles between these easterners known as the Saracens and the European Crusaders.
This scimitar has a classic, curved blade made of EN45 spring steel, which has a fuller shape. The blade is unsharpened. The slightly curved guard is made of brass. The finely crafted handle, including the pommel, is made from a single piece of dark wood, and the sword scabbard is made of black leather.
