Red Dragon Hema Combat Jacket

The Red Dragon Hema Training Jacket was developed for Hema and is made of durable 350N cotton with an inner lining. The jacket is well-padded to absorb shock, but lacks back padding, as effective blows rarely land here. This reduces the jacket's weight while increasing breathability. The zippered front section overlaps to provide double protection against blows to the torso.

The jacket also features an innovative built-in halter designed to overlap the breastplate of a fencing mask to prevent impacts from rising from below. The gorget features a padded plastic panel to protect the larynx and adjustable Velcro straps that allow it to be attached to the back of the neck or the back of the shoulders. The throat protector can also be worn under the breastplate of the mask if desired. There is an adjustable Velcro strap on the back of the jacket that allows it to be tucked in around the waist for a better fit.
