The Red Dragon Hema Plastic Basket Bowl was developed in collaboration with Martin Austwick of the English Academy of Martial Arts and is ideal for practising techniques from the George Silver and Highland Broadsword Fighting Manuals. It is large enough to wear padded gloves for added safety.



The basket style containers have been designed to fit all synthetic paddles in the Red Dragon HEMA range. In addition, the specially blended high performance plastic used for them is virtually indestructible under normal use conditions.



Historical martial arts, also known as hema (European historical martial arts), refer to fighting techniques that were widespread in Europe between the 13th and 17th centuries.
