Spitzer Morion helmet with leather entry

The morion is an open-faced helmet that was developed in the 16th century from the late medieval aconite. These helmets were worn primarily by mercenaries and pikemen on foot, and later also by city guards and bodyguards. Morion helmets are still worn by soldiers of the Vatican's Swiss Guard.

The helmet has a comfortable adjustable height, leather lining and chin strap. The leather inlet is fastened with steel rivets just above the brim.
