Auxiliary cavalry helmet

At the beginning of the Roman Empire this new type of helmet for cavalry appeared.

This reconstruction is based on finds of a cap helmet in Northwich (in Cheshire/United Kingdom) and cheek flaps (Gloucester). This replica has beautiful contrasts, probably from a curly head. The decoration on the cheeks represents the god Neptune.

Includes cotton hood.
