The Camillus Bombat has a robust 5.7 cm long blade made of 420 stainless steel bonded with titanium. This blade composition gives the knife an excellent balance between durability, sharpness and corrosion resistance. In addition, the titanium bond makes the blade three times harder than regular steel and offers unparalleled edge retention. The glass-fibre reinforced nylon handle is also particularly strong and stable, thanks to the addition of glass-fibre reinforced material to the special mix of polypropylene, ABS and other substrates. The handle is also equipped with two ball bearings that ensure smooth opening as well as a secure locking system.
