The kindjal (also kindjal , kanjal , kinzhal or kinschal ) is actually the traditional dagger of the Caucasian equestrian tribes and Cossacks, but was also popular among Russian cyclists.

This replica of a children's military scarf served in the Russian and Red Army until the mid-20th century. The curved, double-edged blade was perfect as a close-range defensive weapon.

Our replica has an unsharpened carbon steel blade with a full-length tang. The handle is made of two pieces of hardwood that enclose the tang. The guard is covered with brass plating.

A matching leather case with brass appliqués is included in the delivery.
