Cold Steels® Wild West Bowie , a memorable American classic, was designed in the style of the imposing swords from iconic western series and movies.



The long, wide blade made of 1090 carbon steel is very front-heavy and has a sabre-like edge. In addition, a sharp back edge ensures maximum cutting, slicing and penetrating power.



The handle has a classic shape. The handle scales made of Malaysian sal wood are fixed to the blade tang with brass screws. The characteristic S-shaped guard element protects the fingers and offers the user better defense options.



Delivery includes a traditional sheath made of black leather with a movable brass belt loop and leather leg straps.



1090 carbon steel

1090 carbon steel is an excellent choice for larger fixed blades. It sharpens easily and holds that edge, but remains tough enough to withstand the most brutal stress tests. In short: a good all-purpose carbon steel that remains very durable even with heavy use.
