Discover Bmsb Burnished Chain Necklace With Leather, Unriveted Id 8 Mm
Bmsb burnished chainmail helmet with leather, unriveted id 8mm
A helmet is a chain mail that was attached to a helmet in the Middle Ages as additional protection for the neck and shoulders. The preferred types of helmet here were the nasal helmet, but especially the late medieval close-fitting helmet and its variant, the gugel dog.
This chain necklace has a genuine serrated braided edge and an attached strip of thick cowhide leather. The customer will need to attach the helmet attachment holes to these leather strips.
For attachment to helmets such as: b. hundsgugeln or bascinet.
The bmsb chain mesh consists of round, unriveted rings. The surface of the rings is blackened (burnished) and thus offers a certain degree of protection against corrosion. We call this type of braid bmsb (butted mild steel blackened). The chain tensioner is hand braided 4 in 1.
