This highly authentic and fully battle-ready helmet replica is part of the famous Avant armour at Glasgow's Kellingrove Museum.
The armour dates back to around 1440. This type of helmet was widespread in northern Italy in the late Middle Ages, but was used throughout Europe.



The helmet is made of 2mm thick steel: hand cut into two parts, then carefully welded, carefully polished and polished.



The helmet has a very comfortable padded fabric lining and a solid chin strap with buckle.



This helmet model is available in sizes m and l.
