With Ballistol Rapid Gold, you can use steel (up to 3% chromium content) and stainless brown iron. Whether bluing damage to long and short weapons, complete weapon bluing, or small parts in trade and industry: rapid bluing with Ballistol saves long bluing baths, time, and money.

Application:
Carefully degrease the surface to be gilded (for example, with a Robla cold degreaser). Then, use a brush to apply Ballistol Quick Gold to the surface to be gilded. Leave for 3-30 minutes until a yellowish-white layer forms. Rinse thoroughly with water (brush), dry with a soft cloth or tissue, and spray with Ballistol Universal Oil.
