This fully articulated, wearable replica of late medieval plate armour for weapons, as worn in the 14th century, is made from 1.6mm steel and blackened on the inside for added protection against corrosion. The armour protects the forearms, elbows and upper arms, and the bar provides the necessary mobility.



The arm piece consists of an elbow piece, a double-sliding forearm tube that can be opened with hinges and a half tube for the upper arm that is also double-sliding. There are adjustable straps with brass buckles on the back. This allows for easy individual adjustment of the arm size. In addition, a riveted leather strap with a buckle is located on the upper edge of the arm guard for attachment to shoulder armour (called an armpit ) or a gambeson.



These articulated arm guards are equally suitable for historical reenactment, larp and costuming. They are ideal for late medieval and renaissance settings and will make your interpretation of a proud knight perfect!



It's a pair, so there is protection for both arms.

The steel used here is not stainless and may show slight signs of corrosion. We recommend maintaining the plate armour regularly, for example with ballistol, a universal oil ideal for preserving steel products.
