This fully articulated, wearable replica of a late medieval or Renaissance plate armor, as worn in the 16th century, is made of 1.6 mm steel and blackened internally for corrosion protection. It protects the forearms, elbows, upper arms, and shoulders.


The arm piece consists of an elbow piece, an articulated forearm tube, a short upper arm tube, and a shoulder armpit. A carriage is provided for the necessary mobility, in which the various thrust elements are connected to each other by sturdy leather straps riveted to the inside. In the shoulder area, there is a buckle riveted to the shoulder plate. The arm guard can be attached to a gambeson or connected to other plate armor using leather straps.


These articulated bracers are equally suitable for historical reenactment, LARP, stage, TV/film and costume and will make your portrayal of a proud knight perfect!


It is a pair, that is, a protection for both arms.

The steel used here is not stainless and may show slight signs of corrosion. We recommend regularly maintaining plate armor, for example with Ballistol, a universal oil ideal for preserving steel products.
