Veteran armor
DescriptionYou look at your troops and contemplate the faces of the soldiers who may never return. Their blood is already on your hands, and it's a responsibility you assume with a heavy but resigned heart.
“We must fight,” you shout for all to hear. You cut a powerful figure in your veteran armor, a symbol to instill confidence in these soldiers. “For our homes and our families, we will fight until we can fight no more!” With a resounding cheer, your troops prepare for the charge.
The battle has begun.
DETAILS
This best-selling veteran armor from Epic Armory is a typical Western breastplate designed to protect the entire torso. The breastplate secures securely across the chest and abdomen with four sturdy leather straps, each riveted with decorative brass studs, and brass buckles. It is highly adjustable both in the front and with strong leather laces on the flanks.
This breastplate is designed to be especially durable by stitching full-grain leather overlaid with heavy leather laces. At the neck, there is an additional leather plate that serves as a ruff. Along the edges of the armor, the edges are secured with flattened leather laces. The effect is a solid piece of armor with lines suggesting a slim waist and broad shoulders.
Epic Armory Veteran armor is compatible with all other Epic Armory leather and metal items, and is designed to fit a variety of character types.
Available in Black and Brown, and in Medium/Large sizes.

Maintenance
Natural leather products are very durable, but they require regular maintenance with leather care products to maintain suppleness and extend their lifespan. Make sure your leather products stay dry when stored. Let wet leather dry naturally before treating it. If it frequently gets wet and dries, increase the frequency of maintenance.
Cleaning
Clean by removing dirt with a stiff brush, then gently rub leather soap with a clean, damp cloth until the leather looks clean. Remove the soap with a separate damp cloth to clean any soap residue, and then use a dry cloth to wipe away any remaining water from the leather.
Conditioning
You should always condition leather after cleaning it, as the soap will have removed some of its natural oils. Treat the leather with mink oil, olive oil, or beeswax using a clean cloth, gently rubbing a small amount of oil or wax into the leather in circles. Allow the leather to soak in the oil before wiping it with a final clean cloth to remove excess residue.
