This beautifully crafted bouquet is made of solid, vegetable-tanned ;ffelleder wood (grain leather, approx. 3 mm). The top and bottom edges are additionally edged with a fine leather. Metal plates are riveted to the front piece, giving the bouquet an armour-like character. The surface of the leather is polished and given a coloured finish, giving the leather its characteristic used look.

The leather corsage is made up of individual pieces with decorative hand-stitching . The centre of the back is tied with a leather strap. The laces allow the corsage to be individually adjusted.
The lacing holes are reinforced with metal eyelets and are therefore durable.

The corset is particularly suited to giving a tight fit to the often loose-fitting dresses of the Middle Ages and to highlight the advantages of the female body. Whether for shieldmaiden, in cosplay or steampunk, leather corsets are versatile and always in fashion, even in today's fashion.
